We will verify your identity by confirming your registered phone number or email address. This protects your data from unauthorized deletion requests.
Your request will be processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation once deletion is complete.
All your personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems, except data required to be retained by law.

If you interacted with Realty Pandit through Meta platforms, the following applies:
Request acknowledged and verification initiated
Active data removed from production systems
Data purged from backups and archives. Confirmation sent
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (Section 12), you have the right to erasure of your personal data. This right is subject to certain legal exceptions, including data retention required by Indian tax laws, RERA regulations, and other statutory obligations.
If you are unsatisfied with how your deletion request is handled, you may file a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India as established under the DPDP Act, 2023, or contact our Grievance Officer at grievance@realtypandit.in.
